You can ask us to delete personal information held by Archon Tekton (Pty) Ltd. There is no account to close on this website.
1. Email your request
Send a message to moagi@archontekton.com. A helpful subject is “Personal information deletion request”. Include:
- The phone number or email address associated with your enquiry.
- A description of the records or conversations you want us to find.
- Whether you want deletion, correction or access, and a way for us to reply.
Send only the details needed to locate the records. Do not include passwords, banking information or an identity document in the initial request.

We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email address or phone number, or request other proportionate information if needed. Verification protects your information from requests made by someone else. If you are acting for another person, we may need evidence of your authority.
3. Assessment and response
We assess the request, locate records under our control and explain the action taken or any further information required. We do not promise an instant or automated deletion or a fixed response time that has not been established. Requests must be handled in line with applicable law.
4. Lawful retention exceptions
Deletion may be limited where records must be kept to meet legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or for another lawful purpose. If this applies, we will explain the relevant reason and limit further use of retained information to that purpose. Backup and provider-held copies may remain subject to their normal retention and recovery processes.
5. Email, WhatsApp and provider copies
We can address information held in our own business records and the systems we control. Deleting our copy of a conversation does not necessarily delete your copy or records independently held by your email provider or WhatsApp/Meta. Use those providers’ privacy and account controls for information they control. A request to us does not automatically close your WhatsApp or Meta account.
6. This is an instructions page
This public page explains a manual email request process. It is not a Meta data deletion callback and does not return an automated confirmation code. The launch website does not use Meta Login or the WhatsApp Cloud API.
