2. What this website collects
This is a static information website. It has no accounts, contact forms, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, Meta SDK or WhatsApp API integration. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served with the website.
Our hosting and delivery providers, including Render and its infrastructure providers, may process technical request data such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs, request times and error or security information to deliver and protect the website. This technical processing can happen even if you never contact us.
3. When you contact us
If you email or message us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address or phone number, message content and relevant attachments. An email link opens your email application. A WhatsApp link opens a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta; it does not send a message until you choose to send it.
Please share only information necessary for your enquiry. Avoid sending identity documents, banking details, passwords or confidential information about other people through an initial enquiry.
4. Why we use information
We use relevant information to answer enquiries, discuss or provide requested services, maintain necessary business correspondence, handle privacy requests, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary for steps towards a contract or its performance, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest permitted by POPIA, or your consent where required. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.
5. Providers, sharing and international processing
Website hosting and delivery providers, our email provider and WhatsApp/Meta may process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information.
Providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Applicable provider terms and privacy notices govern their own processing; where we arrange a transfer, we must consider the protection required by POPIA. See Render’s privacy notice and WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Your email service also processes the email you send.
6. How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record, the enquiry or service relationship, legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes. We do not state a fixed deletion period for all records. Provider logs, backups and message copies may follow separate provider retention arrangements. A deletion request is assessed against what we control and any lawful reason to retain a record.
7. Security
The website is delivered over HTTPS. Access to business correspondence should be limited to people who need it. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect that information shared with us has been exposed, contact moagi@archontekton.com. We will assess the matter and any applicable notification obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask to access your personal information, correct it, request deletion or destruction, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful purpose. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.

9. Concerns and complaints
You can raise a concern with us using the email above. You may also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator, whose website explains the current complaint process and provides access to its eServices portal. Contacting us first does not remove your right to approach the Regulator.
10. Scope and updates
This policy covers the company’s launch website and voluntary enquiries, not a separate client application. Any future service with different data flows will need appropriate information and safeguards before it is introduced. The workflow on the homepage is an illustration, not an active automated messaging service.
